This workshop is designed to discuss how conflict coaches can focus parties on resolution.

  • Conflicts occur between people. Regardless of the nature of the conflict, a clear understanding of the psycho-social components of the conflicts is essential. Meeting the emotional and rational needs of the parties leads to more successful outcome, out of court settlement, and more reliable agreements.
  • Charlotte and Bob combined have over 60 years of conflict coaching experience. They are currently divorce coaches supporting families moving through separation.
  • This workshop will focus on how coaches can assist lawyers and mediators in preparing the parties for settlement, ensuring that emotions do not derail the process, and building positive patterns of communication.
